Rare Vintage POCKET DAY-TIMER Add-In Sheets VERTICAL LINES Columns or Long Entry

I got this pack of DayTimer add-on sheets in the early 1990’s to enhance my awesome Pocket size organizer.  This particular style (C524 Product 48150) has apparently been discontinued.
DETAILS:
A pad with 36 pages still attached plus 2 loose pages.
Both sides of the page have the same lined pattern. The bolder lines go vertically from top to bottom but are meant to write on sideways.
There are fainter horizontal lines that allow you to create your own columns if you choose.
Each side has a space at the top for a Title(s).
What I liked best about them is that they allow you to create personalized columns for your own data and/or just give you more space per line for longer entries.
The stiff comb is part of the green marble color hard backing and is used to feed the pages into the spiral rings.

The pages measures
3 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches.
There are 24 slots on the side for insertion and the comb has 14 teeth.

There are 36 like new, undamaged, unmarked pages left attached to the pad plus 2 loose pages.
